The Centre is located approximately 40kms north of Perth's CBD, on the corner of Exmouth Drive and Butler Boulevard in Butler. It is anchored by a full line Woolworths Supermarket along with mini majors such as Reject Shop and Best and Less.

The centre is easily accessible by a major arterial and with over 430 car parking spaces available those travelling by car are well catered for.  Butler Train station is conveniently located at side of the shopping centre for those customers travelling by public transport.
